De Bonte Koe Automatics

Behind the establishment of the Bonte Koe on the Lange Haven in Schiedam is located the first chocolate vending machine in the Netherlands.
RTV Rijnmond:
"As far as we know it is a world first: a vending machine for chocolate. Chocolaterie De Bonte Koe in Schiedam opened its newest trump card on the afternoon of Friday 22 April 2022 to let residents and passers-by melt for their chocolate.
Whether during the day or at night: a bonbon, bar or chocolate package can now be picked up 24 hours a day from the automat at Hoogstraat 69.

After making a choice you can pay contactless with debit card or your mobile phone and get the delicious chocolate from the wall.
