Make real hot chocolate with this pure chocolate shaving.
Instructions:
Heat enough milk for a full mug. While stirring with a whisk, add about 30 grams (four heaping tablespoons) of chocolate shavings per person. Keep heating, but do not let it boil. Pour the hot chocolate into a cup, a warmed chocolatière, or a jug. Optional: top with whipped cream.
