Vacancy: Team Lead Chocolatier

Are you an experienced chocolatier with leadership qualities? Do you not only want to make chocolate, but also manage a team and be responsible for production planning? Then we are looking for you!

What are you going to do?

As Teamlead Chocolatier at De Bonte Koe you are both cooperative and coordinating . You are responsible for the daily production of our chocolate and ensure that your team works efficiently to achieve production targets. In addition, you are the point of contact for the team and you monitor quality and planning.

Your tasks:
✔ Contribute to the production of our artisanal chocolate;
✔ Managing, motivating and guiding the production team;
✔ Monitoring and achieving production targets and deadlines;
✔ Drawing up and maintaining the production schedule;
✔ Ensure efficient division of labor;
✔ Maintain hygiene and quality standards;
✔ Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process.

Who are we?

De Bonte Koe was founded in 1992 by the Klein family and is known for its artisanal chocolate, which is still made by hand. We work according to original recipes and use honest, high-quality ingredients. Our chocolate is sold in our three stores, via our webshop and via partners such as Schiphol

Who are you?

Our ideal candidate:
✔ Has extensive experience as a chocolatier or pastry chef;
✔ Has demonstrable experience in a managerial or coordinating role;
✔ Is proactive, organized and stress-resistant;
✔ Has an eye for detail and delivers consistent quality;
✔ Enjoys working with people and knows how to motivate a team;
✔ Is results-oriented and ensures that production targets are achieved;
✔ Maintains strict hygiene standards in the production area;
✔ Is available for a full-time position at short notice and is looking for long-term cooperation.
