What are you going to do?

As Team Leader Production Chocolate at De Bonte Koe you are responsible for the entire production. You work as a cooperating foreman and your team consists of 5 chocolatiers. You are responsible for planning, purchasing, producing the products for the stores and companies, product development and communication with the other teams within De Bonte Koe.

Who are we?

De Bonte Koe was founded in 1992 by the Klein family. Our sustainable chocolate is made by hand on a large scale. This is done according to the original recipes and with fair products. The chocolate is sold in our five stores, the webshop and as promotional gifts. De Bonte Koe also supplies promotional gifts. The heart of our company, including production, is located in the historic old centre of Schiedam.

Who are you?

Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements
profile:

• You have at least a diploma as
  chocolatier, pastry chef or specialist chef, know how to
  you can handle production machines and you have relevant work experience as a manager
  or team leader;
• You like to juggle a lot of balls
  keep, can plan well, wants to be informed about what is going on and
  remains calm under pressure;
• You have an affinity with chocolate and know
  to deal with this well, you also have an eye for detail and a feeling for
  the high-end product we deliver;
• You are proactive, you think about
  improvements;
• You can work well in a team and know
  to guide and inspire your team;
• You apply strict hygiene rules in the
  production area and ensures that your team keeps the area spotless
  holds;
• You know how to deal with online
  communication and planning tools;
• You are not afraid to work hard and go the extra mile
  to show commitment when it is expected of you, especially in chocolate
  peak times: Valentine's Day, Easter, Sinterklaas and Christmas;
• You are available at short notice for
  a full-time job and looking for a long-term collaboration.
