What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your tasks will include:

• Answering questions via phone and email

• Advising and guiding customers with their orders

• Processing and following up on customer requests and complaints

• Contributing to a positive customer experience with your friendly and professional attitude

• Identifying customer needs and proactively responding to them

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is customer-oriented and has strong communication skills

• Has experience in a similar role (preferred)

• Can work well both in a team and independently

• Is solution-oriented and stress-resistant

• Has an affinity for chocolate (that’s definitely a plus!)
