De Bonte Koe launches spekkoek bar together with Perry de Man

SCHIEDAM - De Bonte Koe Chocolate is introducing an exclusive limited edition milk chocolate bar with layer cake spices. This bar was developed in collaboration with Perry de Man, a versatile Rotterdam native known not only for his appearances on 24Kitchen, but also for his catering company, his love of wine, and Indonesian food. Together with De Bonte Koe, he has created a bar that combines the rich flavors of layer cake with the refined chocolate flavors for which the company is known.

The duo has been working on this special edition since early September, always prioritizing taste and quality. The spekkoek bar is filled with a white chocolate filling infused with spices selected by Perry de Man himself. It includes ground cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg, among other spices.

"This collaboration with Perry de Man is a fantastic opportunity for us to present the flavors of spekkoek in a new way," says Amy Klein, owner of De Bonte Koe.
